Containment Laboratories
Inspected to ACDP guidelines.
We inspect containment level laboratories ranging from CL1 to CL4 to ensure that all areas conform to the Advisory Committee on Dangerous Pathogens guidelines. The inspection will include airflow rates, air change rates, containment integrity and HEPA filter testing. We can also carry out full servicing of your safety cabinets at the same time to reduce disruption and lab access downtime. We also add bespoke environmental mapping as required. we provide detailed reports with full mapping of your facility highlighting areas of concern and recommendations for improvement.
Clean Rooms
Inspected to ISO 14644.
We inspect clean room facilities, ranging from pharmaceutical production areas to ultra clean manufacturing areas, such as electronic component manufacturers of satellite parts. All individual areas will be inspected to determine ISO classifications to cGMP Grade A to D. We carry out airflow volumes, air change rates, room fabric integrity tests, particle counts and HEPA filter testing. Environmental monitoring can be added if required. Our easy to read reports with detailed mapping of your facility will highlight areas of concern and recommendations for improvement.
Operating Theatres
Inspected to HTM 03-01
We inspect complete operating suites including Prep, Layup, Anaesthetic, Scrub and Recovery rooms ensuring correct air pressure cascades, air change rates, HEPA filter integrity, light, noise and temperature levels. We carry out particle counts to determine cleanliness grades of rooms to ensure that all areas conform to HTM 03-01. Our full and detailed reports with colour coded mapping of your operating suite will easily identify areas requiring action.
Biological Services Units
Inspected to ASPA CofP.
We inspect all areas in your BSU to ensure that all areas conform to the codes of practice of ASPA 1986 and the Health & safety at Work act 1974. We can service your safe change and laminar airflow units during the visit. we will provide a thorough report with detailed maps of your facility which will inform you of areas that require improvement and also areas where best practice can benefit your work environment.
Environmental monitoring
Inspected to H&SAW Act 1974
We can inspect your premises to ensure that all areas conform to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. we can provide reports with detailed mapping of your facility highlighting areas of concern and remedies.
